Passenger Requirements for Public Ferry Travel

To ensure a smooth booking and boarding process, all passengers are required to upload valid documents for verification. Bookings with incomplete or invalid documents may be delayed or automatically adjusted to the regular fare.

  1. Senior Citizen / PWD – Upload a valid Philippine-issued Senior Citizen ID or PWD ID.
  2. Student – Upload your latest valid Student ID. If unavailable, you may upload any official school document showing your Student Number or LRN.
  3. Child (3 to 7 years old) – Upload a birth certificate or any valid document showing the child’s date of birth.
  4. Infant (0 to 2 years old) – Upload a birth certificate or any document indicating the infant’s date of birth.

Important: Please upload clear and readable copies of all required documents during booking. Failure to upload valid documents may result in denied boarding or fare adjustment.
