🚗 Self-Drive Directions to Batangas Port
and Berberabe Pier

Planning to head to Puerto Galera? Here’s how to get to Batangas Port and Berberabe Pier with ease!

Batangas Port:
This is where you’ll leave your vehicle if you’re taking a regular passenger ferry. If you’re bringing your vehicle along, you’ll load it onto a RORO ferry here.

To Batangas Port:

  1. At the Batangas exit, continue straight ahead across the intersection and proceed for 3.9 km to the Bauan intersection.
  2. Proceed straight ahead across the overpass and follow the road to the port.
  3. You’ll reach the port entrance at 6.3 km.

Berberabe Pier:
Located near the Shell Refinery on the east side of Batangas Bay, this is the pickup point for private water taxis.

To Berberabe Pier:

  1. At the Batangas exit, turn left towards Batangas City.
  2. After 3.0 km, keep right past the ‘Lions’ Monument and make the next left turn at 3.4 km.
  3. Drive to the next intersection at 3.7 km and turn left.
  4. Head straight until you see the sign for Lobo, SM Mall, and the Shell Refinery at 4.1 km and turn right.
  5. Follow the signs to SM Mall, Lobo, and the Shell Refinery.
  6. You will cross a bridge at 5.1 km and shortly after, see the Pontefino Hotel.
  7. Before arriving at the hotel, turn right at the Y intersection at 5.6 km that will take you to the new SM Mall at 6.2 km.
  8. Continue straight past the Mall, past the Shell station, and keep left, looking out for signs to the Shell Refinery.
  9. At 8.9 km, you will pass over a small bridge, and at 10.1 km, arrive at the Shell Refinery.
  10. Continue along the winding road around the refinery.
  11. At 12.6 km, you will pass the flour mill (beware of the speed humps near the entrance gates), and at 13.8 km, take the small dirt road on the right.
  12. 200 meters down this road is Berberabe Pier.
